Our kimchi is a living, unpasteurized product. It is shipped at ambient temperature but should be refrigerated upon arrival to maintain quality and prevent over-fermentation.

 

Kimchi will keep in the fridge for 12 months. After that date, it will still be tasty and safe to consume but the flavour and texture may change. The longer you leave it in the fridge, the more intense and sour kimchi gets. 

 

Have it as a side or appetizer. Add it to your soups, pasta dishes, pizza, bowls, and salads. Our favourite way of eating kimchi is in the morning on a hummus, tahini, avocado, or even peanut butter toast. Enjoy!

 

The label is made with recycled stone. No water, wood, acid, or bleach is required for its production, which makes them more sustainable than regular plastic or paper materials.  

 

We reuse the jars. You can bring them back to any of these points.
