Ingredients:
200 g Ragi chickpea tempeh
Tagliatelle
Spinach (fresh or frozen)
Oat milk
Nutritional yeast
Nutmeg
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Vegan parmesan
Method:
Cook the tagliatelle until al dente.
In the meantime, cook the tempeh with some olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden brown.
In another pan, prepare the sauce with all the other ingredients.
Serve with vegan parmesan on top.
