Apricots and blackberries are a great combo! They complement each other not only in flavor but also in color 💜 In this mocktail, the acidity of the kombucha balances the sweetness of the blackberries, while the basil adds a bit of that Mediterranean touch.
For 2 people, you'll need:
8 fresh blackberries
Bunch of fresh basil leaves, chopped
Ice
Slice of apricot
Method:
Place the blackberries and basil in two nice glasses and squeeze to release the juices.
Add the ice and top up with apricot kombucha. Stir.
Decorate with a slice of apricot, and basil leaves.
